ELEMENTARY FEES 2008-2009

REGISTRATION FEE:
$175 per student per school year (Sept.-June). This non-refundable / non-transferable fee includes: Cumulative File Maintenance, ACSI Membership, Insurance, and Yearbook. Registration fee is payable with enrollment application and is non-refundable / non-transferable.
** $110 Early Bird registration for our in-house families. If your registration packet is received before the school office closes on Friday, February 29th, the registration fee is only $110. No late registrations taken at this price.
Registration is not complete until registration and curriculum fees are paid in full.
TUITION:
$4,500.00 annual fee for school year (Grades K-6th), payable in 10 monthly payments of $450.00 starting August 1st through May 1st or 12 monthly payments of $375.00 starting July 1st through June 1st. Tuition is due on the 1st of the month—payments not received by the close of business on the 5th will incur a late charge of $25.
CURRICULUM FEES:
Fee includes: Textbooks, workbooks, paper supplies, first aid supplies and SAT testing.
      Kindergarten -- $125 Due by June 1st, non-refundable after July 31st.
      1st through 3rd grade -- $175 Due by June 1st, non-refundable after July 31st.
      4th through 6th grade -- $200 Due by June 1st, non-refundable after July 31st.

NOTE: A late fee will apply for curriculum not paid by June 5th.
FAMILY DISCOUNT:
Second child tuition: There is a 10% discount based on the lesser tuition excluding daycare.
Additional children tuition: There is a 20% discount based on the lesser tuition excluding daycare
Payment in full prior to August 5th: $200.00 discount
Referral Enrollment Bonus (see brochure): $200.00 per referral
TESTING FEES:
$45.00 for Kindergarten testing; $35.00 for 1st-6th grade testing
(All new students to our elementary school must be tested prior to admission)
EARTHQUAKE FEE:
$10 one-time non-refundable fee for new students to cover earthquake supplies.
DAYCARE FEES:
Full-time daycare (includes daycare-only days)$130.00 per month
Morning daycare only (does not include daycare-only days)$60.00 per month
Afternoon daycare only (does not include daycare-only days)$90.00 per month

Occasional daycare:
(6:30-8am or 3-6pm or minimum days)
Occasional daycare:
(Christmas/Easter Break & All Day Daycare)
$3 per hour or any part of an hour$20.00 per day for any portion of the day

*$2.00 billing fee per month for Occasional daycare
*After 6pm Late Charge: Any student picked-up after 6pm, is charged $1 per minute per child. (beginning at 6:01 PM)
*Pre-paid daycare fees must be paid by the 10th of the current month or actual use will be charged.
*$25.00 Late Fee on daycare billing invoices not paid by the 1st of the following month.

SUMMER CAMP PROGRAM:
CAMP BULLFROG - Our summer daycamp includes field trips and special activities. Camp fees are on a weekly basis and include all camp activities. Registration begins in May. Registration fee is $50 and includes camp T-shirt.
HOT LUNCHES:
Hot lunches are available for $3.00 per meal and must be paid in increments of 5 lunches.
