Registration Fee:

(Kindergarten students must be age 5 on or before August 31.  CLICK HERE FOR KINDERGARTEN 2013-14.)

$200 per student per school year if paid by April 15th. Registration fee increases to $250 on April 16th.
This non-refundable/non-transferrable fee includes: Cumulative File Maintenance, ACSI Membership, Insurance, and Yearbook.  Registration fee is payable with enrollment application and is not refundable/not transferrable.                                
Early Bird Registration:  In-house families whose complete reenrollment packet (including registration fee) is received by Friday, March 1st, will pay a registration fee of $125.  No late registrations taken at this price.

Registration is not complete until registration and curriculum fees are paid in full.

Tuition:
$4950.00 annual fee for current students registered by April 15th. 
$5500 annual fee for new students OR current students not registered by April 15th.
Payment options:  Payment in Full by August 5th ($200 discount) – Ten payment plan August – May or Twelve payment plan July –June.

Tuition is due on the 1st of the month—payments not received by the 5th will incur a late charge of $25.

Curriculum/Materials Fees:  Due by June 1st, non-refundable/non-transferrable after June 30th.
Fee includes: Textbooks, workbooks, paper supplies, first aid supplies and academic testing.
Kindergarten --                  $150
1st through 3rd grade --   $175
4th through 6th grade --   $200
NOTE:  A late fee will apply for curriculum not paid by June 5th.

Family Discounts:                   
Second Child Discount                                                           10% discount based on lesser tuition excluding daycare

Testing Fee:
$45.00 for Kindergarten testing*; $35.00 for 1st-6th grade testing
(All new students to our elementary school must be tested prior to admission)
*Students must be 5 by August 31st to be eligible for kindergarten

Daycare Fees:
Full-time daycare (includes all the days the school is open for daycare)                                                       $130.00 per month
Morning daycare only (does not  include Christmas/ Easter Break or all day daycare)                                  60.00 per month
Afternoon daycare only  (includes minimum days but does not  include Christmas/ Easter Break               90.00 per month
or all day daycare)

Occasional daycare (6:30-8 a.m. or 3-6 p.m. or minimum days)                         

Christmas/Easter break & all day daycare
$5 per hour or any part of an hour.                                                           

$25 per day for any portion of the day

 Late Pick Up Fee: Any student picked-up after 6 pm, is charged $1 per minute per child (beginning at 6:01 p.m.)

*$25.00 Late Fee on daycare billing invoices not paid by the 1st of the following month.

Hot Lunches: Hot lunches are available at an additional cost.  ALL hot lunches must be paid in advance.  Prices are available in the school office.
